Participation in the CEDR-ERF Work Zone Symposium

On 2 and 3 February 2026, the CEDR-ERF Work Zone Symposium will take place in Brussels. This leading European symposium focuses on safety in road work zones.

The event is organised by the Conference of European Directors of Roads (CEDR) and the European Union Road Federation (ERF), bringing together policymakers, road authorities, contractors and industry representatives to address the challenges of improving work zone safety across Europe.

Stuer-Egghe participates as both a sponsor and an active content partner. Drawing on many years of hands-on experience in temporary traffic management and work zone design, the company will share its knowledge and expertise on how work zones can be made safer for both road users and road workers.

During the symposium, Stuer-Egghe will actively contribute to discussions and share practical experience on topics such as:

  • effective planning and layout of work zones
  • safe signage and delineation in complex traffic environments
  • practical solutions to reduce risks in and around work sites
  • applicable best practices based on real-world experience

Participation in this symposium reflects a clear commitment not only to delivering solutions, but also to actively contributing to European knowledge exchange and the continuous improvement of work zone safety.
